Making & Receiving Calls
Use the dialer, answer incoming calls, and manage your call history.
The Dialer
Tap the dialer icon to open the phone pad. Enter a number and press the call button to make an outbound call. The dialer supports standard phone number formats.
Receiving Calls
When a call comes in while you are online, you will see Answer and Reject buttons. If you are offline or do not answer, your AI agent handles the call automatically.
Call Transfers
Your AI agent can transfer calls to you when the caller requests a real person, or based on your routing rules. When a transfer comes in, answer it like a normal call.
Recent Calls
The Recent Calls section shows your call history. Each entry displays the caller name or number, time, and duration. Tap a call to view details or call back.
