Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by One Dash Zero LLC.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
No Prorated or Partial Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the billing period. Your service continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Implementation Fees
Implementation and setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. These fees cover the configuration, scripting, and deployment of your AI agents and related systems.
Usage Fees
Telephony usage fees and pass-through carrier costs are generally non-refundable once incurred. In cases of verified technical errors on our part, we may issue a credit at our discretion.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed, your Services may be suspended during the investigation. If the chargeback is determined to be invalid, you will be liable for the original charge plus any fees incurred.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: duplicate charges caused by a technical error, confirmed billing mistakes, or where required by applicable law. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
