Viewing Conversations
The Live Chat section shows all active web chat conversations. Each entry shows the visitor name (if provided) and a preview of the latest message. A badge shows unread message count.
Taking Over a Chat
Open any conversation and tap "Take Over" to start responding personally. The AI agent pauses and you type responses directly. The visitor sees no interruption — it feels seamless.
Releasing Back to AI
When you are done, tap "Release to AI" and your agent picks up where you left off. It has full context of everything you said during the takeover.
When to Take Over
Take over when a customer needs a complex answer, wants to negotiate, or requests a human. Your AI will handle routine questions automatically — you only step in when it matters.
