Getting Started with FONE
Download the app, log in, and start managing your AI agent in minutes.
Downloading FONE
FONE is available for iOS. Download it from the App Store or access it at fone.1-0.dev from any browser. Log in with the credentials provided in your welcome email.
First Login
Enter your email address and the temporary password from your welcome email. You will be prompted to set a new password on first login.
Navigating the App
The main screen shows your agent status (Online/Offline) at the top, followed by sections for Recent Calls, Live Chats, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, and Team Chat. Tap any section to expand it and view conversations.
Going Online
Tap the "Go Online" button at the top of the screen. When you are online, calls to your agent can be transferred directly to you. When offline, your AI agent handles everything and takes messages.
