SMS Section
The SMS section shows all text message conversations organized by phone number. Tap any conversation to view the full thread.
Sending a New SMS
Tap the new message button to compose an SMS. Enter the recipient phone number and your message. SMS messages are sent from your business phone number.
AI Follow-Ups
Your AI agent can automatically send SMS follow-ups after calls — appointment confirmations, thank you messages, or directions to your office. These appear in your SMS history.
Notifications
Unread SMS messages show a badge count in the SMS section header. Tap to read and respond.
