Setting Up Integrations

Connect your business tools so your AI can look up orders, contacts, and appointments.

Accessing Integrations

In your agent settings, scroll down to the Integrations section. Each integration has its own card with credential fields.

Calendar Setup

Choose between Google Calendar or Cal.com. For Google Calendar, click "Connect Google Calendar" to authorize via OAuth — no API keys needed. For Cal.com, enter your API key and select your event type.

CRM Integrations

For Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or Freshsales — enter your API credentials (typically an access token or API key). Your AI will then be able to look up contacts during calls.

E-Commerce Integrations

For Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento 2 — enter your store URL and API credentials. Your AI can then look up orders, tracking info, and customer accounts.

Other Integrations

Property management (Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable), field service (ServiceTitan), salon (Vagaro, Fresha), healthcare (Jane App, SimplePractice), legal (Clio), fitness (Mindbody), accounting (QuickBooks), restaurant (OpenTable), and scheduling (Calendly) all follow the same pattern: enter your API credentials and save.

Testing

After saving credentials, test the integration by calling or chatting with your agent and asking a relevant question (e.g., "Can you look up order #1234?" for Shopify).
