Can it see my full chart of accounts?
Your AI accesses customer-facing data — invoices, payments, customers, and estimates. Internal financial data like bank accounts and expense categories are not exposed.
Is my financial data secure?
The integration uses Intuit's OAuth 2.0 with read-only scopes. Your AI can look up data but cannot create invoices, process payments, or modify any financial records.
Can it handle QuickBooks estimates and quotes?
Yes. Your AI can look up estimates sent to customers and provide status updates — pending, accepted, converted to invoice — during calls.
Does it support multiple QuickBooks companies?
