Managing Personal Agents

Create and configure individual AI assistants for each team member.

What Are Personal Agents?

Personal Agents are individual AI assistants for team members. When the receptionist transfers a call to "Kelly in Sales," Kelly's personal agent picks up with her calendar, greeting, and knowledge.

Creating an Agent

Click "Create New Agent" and fill in the agent details. Each agent needs a name, owner name, voice, and greeting at minimum.

Agent List

The Personal Agents tab shows all team member agents. Click "Edit" to configure any agent, or use "Call"/"Chat" to test.

Suspend & Delete

From the edit view, you can suspend an agent (pauses billing but keeps configuration) or delete it permanently.

Welcome Email

Click "Resend Welcome Email" to send login credentials to the team member so they can access the FONE app.
