Managing Integrations

Enable and disable integrations for each agent from the Client Portal.

Integrations Tab

The Integrations tab shows all available integrations organized by category: Calendar, E-Commerce, CRM, Property Management, Field Service, Salon & Spa, Healthcare, Legal, Fitness, Accounting, Restaurant, and Scheduling.

Enabling an Integration

Each integration has a toggle switch for each agent. Turn on the toggle to enable that integration for a specific agent. The agent can then use that integration during calls and chats.

Entering Credentials

After enabling an integration, the agent owner enters API credentials in the FONE app. The Client Portal controls which integrations are available — the FONE app is where credentials are entered.

Multiple Agents

You can enable different integrations for different agents. For example, your receptionist might have Salesforce enabled, while your sales agent has Calendly enabled.

Coming Soon

Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM integrations are marked as "Coming Soon" and will be available in a future update.
